Hey Friend, I'm Zac Miller, known online as @zac_evolving, and I'm the driving force behind "Evolving Guidance." As a dedicated work-from-home dad, I'm privileged to care for four incredible kids, two of them full-time. Our journey together is defined by what we proudly call a "Blended Family" – an approach rooted in prioritizing our children's well-being and making informed choices.
My role as a Sacred Breathwork Facilitator is at the heart of my brand, Evolving Guidance. Sacred Breathwork draws inspiration from multiple modalities and various sources and has become the cornerstone of my self-development. With Sacred Breathwork, I guide individuals through the transformative power of breath, ultimately creating an opportunity for a healing experience. Evolving Guidance embraces holistic and shamanic tools, harnessing their wisdom to empower others on their journeys. In addition to access to these tools and knowledge, I seek deeper understanding through continuing education with the most knowledgeable teachers and mentors, each bringing unique perspectives.
Beyond breathwork, I've also embarked on a coaching journey. Through rigorous training with Man UNcivilized, I've earned my certification as a coach after completing the 12-week UNcivilized Leadership Crucible & Coaching Certification. I then completed a 7-month Traumatic Stress Studies certificate program through the Trauma Research Foundation, founded by Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, highlighting the importance of a Trauma Aware/Informed approach.
Man UNcivilized & the entire UNcivilized movement is a pillar in my self-development; without UNcivilized, there is no Evolving Guidance.
I've since taken on the role of Director of ManPower within Team UNcivilized.
UNcivilized, INC is an organization dedicated to “Ending the Suffering in Men and the Suffering Caused by Men.”
With a unique blend of breathwork facilitation, holistic wisdom mixed with Shamanic Intuition, and a deep commitment to personal growth and self-development, I'm excited to continue evolving and guiding others through their unique return to wholeness.
Please take whatever is meant for you and leave the rest for whoever it is meant for. If you feel called to share it with someone you know or your unique community, I encourage you to share it with them; you never know how it could help the world.
With Love,
Zac
